Kantha Naicker is a practising member of SAIPA, the Institute of Directors and the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants. Also, she is an ETDP SETA Certified Moderator & Assessor. a SAIPA Assessor, a FASSET SETA Assessor & Moderator and an ISSETT SETA Constituent Assessor & Moderator. As a consultant for Rorisa Training, Kantha specializes in assessment and training. She also consults for Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Services (Pty) Ltd. Kantha established her own accounting practice, Reddys Financial Services CC, in 2000.
