Janine Blignaut
Janine Blignaut is an independent consultant with 14 years experience in the accounting, education and training fields. Janine has an eclectic range of skills which make her the perfect candidate for her role in research & design here at Rorisa Training. She has a BA degree in Psychology & Economics, an Honour’s degree in Psychology (cum laude) and a Practitioner’s Certificate in Adult Basic Education & Training. In addition, she is in the process of finalizing her BCom degree in Business Management. Janine is registered as an assessor with the ETDP SETA and is registered to assess against a wide range of unit standards with the FASSET SETA. Janine has co-authored a bookkeeping textbook which is currently published by Van Schaik and has sold over 4,000 copies.

- Course development, including the design of various types of learning materials and assessment measures.
- Lecturing and facilitation services on a wide range of topics, and
- Training in a wide variety of settings – workplace training workshops, on-the-job training, lecture and classroom venues, one-on-one training, as well as managing small and large groups of delegates.
