Finance-in-Action Workshop

Picture
Overview
Understanding and applying finance is a vital component of every manager’s job and a skill in short supply in South Africa today. Our Finance-in-Action workshop has been designed to meet this need.

This ‘hands-on’ workshop is designed around a practical management simulation. During this fun-filled simulation, delegates manage and administer the business cycle from planning and budgeting through to production, sales and financial reporting.

Delegates will immediately be able to apply the new techniques and skills they acquire in the workplace.

Delegates & Accreditation
This skills program is aimed at non-financial staff who are already managers or specialists or being groomed for senior to middle management positions. Still, no previous financial knowledge or skills are required. We also offer a variation of this program at the supervisory level.

Learners who successfully complete the post-course individual assignment project will be issued a FASSET approved Rorisa Training Certificate of Attendance. Delegates also have the option of completing a Portfolio of Evidence in one or more FASSET/SAQA unit standards to earn a FASSET Certificate of Competence.

Duration & Assessment
The program involves:
a) 3-4 consecutive days of contact/tuition hours,
b) an individual post-course assignment project, and
c) an optional Portfolio of Evidence to be presented for assessment.

Rorisa Training’s customized training will help you take your financial operations to new heights!
