Finance for Non-financial Managers Seminars (1 to 5 Day Options)

Picture
Overview
Understanding and applying finance is a vital part of a manager’s job and a skill that is often lacking. Rorisa Training’s Finance for Non-financial Managers Seminars are designed to provide delegates with these valuable skills.

These seminars can be conducted over time periods varying from one to five days. The seminar length and structure will be developed to meet your specific needs as a client and target those areas in which you would like your staff trained.

Delegates & Accreditation
These seminars are aimed at staff and managers who currently have, or are expected to have, responsibility for the finances of their organization at some level. Learners will preferably have a minimum entry level proficiency in English literacy at NQF Level 4 and numeracy at NQF Level 3.

Duration & Assessment
As this is a FASSET approved short-course, all delegates who complete all the case studies, evening assignments and the post-course assignment project will be awarded a FASSET approved Rorisa Training Certificate of Attendance.

Delegates also have the opportunity to complete an optional post-course Portfolio of Evidence. This will demonstrate competency in one or more relevant FASSET/SAQA unit standards if these were selected for assessment by the client. Delegates who are then assessed as competent will be awarded a FASSET Certificate of Competence.
