Benjamin Tamba
Benjamin Tamba is an accounting technician member of SAIPA and does consulting work for Rorisa Training as our Senior Associate – Assessment. He is a registered moderator and assessor with Fasset, ICB and ETDP SETA. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and has completed his three year SAIPA learnership and hopes to be admitted as a full SAIPA practising member by the end of 2011. His facilitation and training experience encompasses a variety of bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and business administration courses. Benjamin has acted as the external assessor and moderator for several accredited providers and one professional institute for payroll administration, accounting and bookkeeping. As a management and business consultant, he has advised clients in the areas of financial management and budgeting, reconciliation and control of fixed assets and the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

- All aspects of payroll, SARS e-filing and reconciliations,
- Preparation of budgets and financial reports to management/boards/trusts,
- Preparation and implementation of financial policies, procedures and systems,
- Cash and debtors management, electronic banking and credit control,
- Investigation of, and solutions for, internal control problems,
- Administration of assets and credit insurance,
- Maintenance of fixed asset registers & depreciation calculations,
- Review of creditors reconciliations and approval of payments, and
- Part-time lecturing at Damelin Management School – bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and business administration.
